How to arrange an exchange

Please email chainreactiondarlinghurst@gmail.com with your order number or proof of purchase and the item you would like to exchange. Our team will help you arrange the next steps. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos can help us understand the problem.

Your consumer rights

Our change-of-mind policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
