Do I have to buy the bracelet first?
You can start with a blank bracelet and add charms, or connect individual charms to create a bracelet from scratch. Choose the option that suits your style.
How many charms should I order to fit my wrist size?
Measure your wrist and compare it with the size guide on the Italian Charm Bracelet product page. The bracelet is available in 16–20 link lengths. For help choosing a comfortable fit, contact us before ordering.
How fast is your shipping?
Orders are dispatched from Sydney. Australia Post delivery costs and estimated transit times depend on your destination and the service selected. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Australian orders over $150 receive free shipping.
Do I have to buy the charm remover?
The charm remover is optional. You can connect and change your charms by hand; the tool provides extra help opening the links.
Can I exchange my order?
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds, but exchanges can be arranged. Contact us before sending an item back. If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us for help. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.
